PhoneISP Telecom

Comprehensive CDR management from carriers, rates, bundles, numbering and consumption billing for telecommunications companies.

What it does

PhoneISP centralizes the import and processing of CDR from multiple telephone carriers for consumption management and billing.

How it works

  • Configure billing products (landline, mobile, other, roaming consumption), tax rate, cut-off days and prefix classification (country, mobile, landline, intelligent network, international)
  • Define providers/carriers with their connection type (API, FTP, SFTP) and JSON column mapping for each CDR file
  • Import CDR files via drag and drop, selecting the carrier; supports CSV, TXT, ZIP and GZ
  • View imported files with their carrier, date, status and record count; download CDR or launch processing
  • Manage numbering resources by assigning each phone number to a third party, provider and type (landline, mobile, intelligent network)
  • Configure general rates by destination type with percentage tiers and customer-specific rates with per-prefix pricing (900, 800, 6, 7, 8, 9…)
  • Define bundles (minutes/MB packages) such as FIXED 500, MOBILE 150 or FixedAndMobile 6000, with cost and included seconds/MB
  • Assign bundles to customers with activation date and status, and view consumed bundles per third party, month and year with seconds/MB used vs. total detail
  • View imported CDR with carrier, third party, type, origin, destination, date, duration, destination type, cost, sale price, status (Processed/Bundles) and import ID
  • View incoming CDR by carrier with origin, destination, duration, destination type, cost and status
  • Generate outgoing call summaries per third party, numbering and type with call count, time, cost, sale price and profit totals
  • Generate incoming call summaries per numbering and type with call count, time, cost and sale price totals
  • From the outgoing call summary, launch grouped billing per third party with one click on INVOICE

Benefits

  • Multi-carrier support with API, FTP and SFTP connections and customizable column mapping per operator
  • Bulk CDR import with drag and drop and batch processing
  • Complete numbering management (landline, mobile, intelligent network) assigned to each third party
  • General and per-customer rates with per-destination-prefix pricing
  • Bundle system with monthly consumption tracking in seconds and MB
  • Incoming and outgoing call summaries with automatic cost, sale price and profit calculation
  • Direct billing from consumption summaries integrated in Dolibarr
  • Automatic prefix classification: national, mobile, landline, intelligent network and international

Technical sheet

Imports and processes CDR from multiple carriers (API/FTP/SFTP), manages numbering, rates and bundles per customer, and generates consumption summaries with billing integrated in Dolibarr.

Base configuration

  • Billing products: landline consumption (CF), mobile consumption (CM), other consumption (CO), roaming consumption (CR).
  • Tax rate (VAT 21%), import all records, grouped billing and cut-off days.
  • Prefix classification: country code (34), mobile (6, 7), landline (8, 9), intelligent network (80, 90), international (00).
  • Providers with connection type (API, FTP, SFTP), port and JSON column mapping of the CDR file.

Variables and parameters

  • Numbering resources: phone numbers assigned per third party, provider, type (landline, intelligent network) and status.
  • General rates by destination type and custom rates per customer with per-prefix pricing.
  • Bundles defined with name, cost, seconds and MB; assigned to customers with status and date.
  • Bundle destinations: prefix mapping to each bundle type.

Recommended flow

  1. Configure carriers with connection and column mapping.
  2. Import CDR files (CSV/TXT/ZIP/GZ) per carrier.
  3. Process files: normalization, third party assignment and cost/sale calculation based on rate and bundles.
  4. Review processed CDR and incoming CDR with detail of each call.
  5. View outgoing and incoming call summaries per third party and numbering.
  6. Invoice directly from consumption summaries.
