Hybrid architecture: Local PBX + Cloud PBX
We combine a local PBX at your site with a cloud PBX. The best of both worlds: performance on the local network and a cloud contingency plan.
Local PBX
The physical PBX at your site handles internal traffic between extensions on the local network, without relying on the internet.
PBX Cloud
A cloud PBX acts as a contingency plan: if the local PBX goes down, call forwarding can be scheduled, or all or some extensions can be registered on the cloud until the incident is resolved.
Programmable contingency for outages
If local connectivity or the local PBX fails, the Cloud PBX can take over. It is not automatic: it must be planned in advance and requires configuring call forwarding or reconfiguring the endpoints so extensions register on the cloud until the incident is resolved.
Guaranteed local performance
Internal calls between extensions are handled on the local network and never leave it, avoiding interruptions caused by external broadband incidents.
Scalable from 1 to more than 200 extensions
We adapt to any scale: from a single line to corporate deployments with advanced logic.
1 line

5–10 extensions

+200 extensions
